Garage Sale – 2025
April 25 and 26
The Association advertises on several local garage sale web sites and posts signs at our neighborhood entrances. Homeowners may adjust the days/hours of their sales this weekend as they see fit.
Dumpster Day – 2025

8 a.m. to noon
Landover Place near Duprey Drive
A dumpster will be available for Association members to dispose of leftover sale items and other household debris that won’t fit in their garbage cart. Hours are 8 a.m. to noon or until full, whichever occurs first. Items that will NOT be accepted include: tires, concrete, asphalt, liquids, chemicals, auto parts, fluorescent bulbs, electronics. The site will be manned at all times and the attendants will have the final say as to what to accept or decline. Yard of the Month Contest
June – July – August
To encourage homeowners to spruce up their landscaping, and just for fun, one home will be chosen each month in June, July and August for having a beautiful home and yard. In addition to the sign displayed in their yard for the month, each winner will receive a gift card.
Annual Association Meeting – 2025

The annual meeting of all Association members is held at Lofton Woods Park. The entrance to the Park is at the three-way stop on Lofton Way at Randford Place. Follow the sidewalk up the hill. The meeting is usually held rain or shine. Please bring your own chair as well as your questions, concerns and ideas for the future of our neighborhood.
Halloween Home Contest
October
Two homes will be chosen for the best Halloween decorations. The winners will have a sign posted in their yards and will receive a gift card.

Two homes will be chosen for the best Holiday decorations. The winners will have a sign posted in their yards and will receive a gift card.
