2025 Annual Assessment is due now

$64 Annual Dues payments are due by January 31, 2025.

There are two ways to pay:

1 – Use your credit card.
A $2.22 processing fee will be added. This money goes to the service provider, not Lofton Woods.

Please make sure your  Lofton Woods  address is on the check.

If you used your bank’s bill pay function last year, be sure to use the address above.

Please pay promptly. This is the fuel that keeps your neighborhood running.

If you have a financial hardship, please contact us as soon as possible. Use US mail at the address above or email at LoftonWoods.hoa@gmail.com. Section 4.8.5 of our covenants allows the Board to make payment arrangements for members experiencing financial hardship. Members who ignore a past due notice will be turned over to collections, resulting in more money owed.
